Adam Jackson
Owner Operator
Born and raised in the food service industry, Adam helped transition his family’s legacy into a modern food service company before relocating in 2023 to launch Tumbleweed Food Service in Tampa. He is deeply passionate about delivering premium products and cultivating long-term, meaningful partnerships built on a foundation of integrity and his faith. When he isn’t working to make a positive impact for his customers, Adam is fully embracing life as a Tampa local—staying active and spending quality time with his family.
Trey Lipsey
Director of Operations
Trey Lipsey is a Tampa native with a passion for travel, exploring new cuisine, and all things NASCAR. He brings over 11 years of experience in the food service industry and has worked closely with Adam since the inception of Tumbleweed Tampa. Drawing on both his industry background and hands-on role in building the company, Trey manages daily operations with efficiency, decisiveness, and a strong attention to detail.
Craig Sthal
Operations Manager
Originally from British Columbia, Canada, Craig Stahl is a retired professional hockey player, firefighter EMT, and former gym owner. His career spans multiple high-performance, team-driven environments where discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement are non-negotiable. Craig brings a strong work ethic and proven ability to lead, train, and manage people toward shared goals.
Jamie Jacoby
Operations Coordinator
Jamie grew up in his family’s produce and restaurant business in Plant City, Florida. After a decade driving semi-trucks, he returned to the food service industry and has spent the last 13+ years purchasing product and coordinating freight logistics. Outside of work, he enjoys training for powerlifting and spending time with his daughter at amusement parks.
Joshua Specht
Night Shift Manager
Joshua Specht grew up in the culinary world as the son of an executive chef. He brings leadership experience from several years managing overnight restaurant operations and is known for his integrity, work ethic, and customer focus. Outside of work, Josh enjoys fishing in Tampa Bay and spending time with friends and family.
Briant Wildes
Sales Team Manager
Briant Wildes is a Florida native whose family has been in the restaurant industry for more than 40 years. With an extensive background in food and beverage sales, Briant specializes in customer relationships and account management. In her free time you can find her enjoying all our great restaurants in Tampa Bay, at the beach, or she’s taken off on a hiking adventure exploring new places.
Kayla Rodriguez
Operations Assistant and Food Service Sales
Kayla oversees office administration, purchase orders, and vendor account management while supporting the growth of the sales accounts. With more than 11 years of customer service experience in the food and beverage industry across Miami and Tampa, she brings strong operational insight, relationship-building skills, and a customer-first approach to the business. She’s also known for spoiling the Tumbleweed team with sweet treats when the occasion calls for it.
Daniel Pazos
Chef Consultant & Food Service Sales
With more than 15 years of chef experience inside Tampa Bay’s top kitchens and a Michelin recommendation to his name, Daniel brings deep culinary expertise to the Tumbleweed team. He supports product education, flavor development, and menu strategy while helping operators understand how to pivot ingredients, reduce waste, and improve profitability. Outside of work, Daniel hosts seven-course pop-up dinners around Tampa Bay—complete with curated playlists.
Chelsea Spence
Client Partnerships & Food Service Sales
Originally from Atlanta, I made Tampa Bay home in 2015 and bring over 20 years of sales experience to the foodservice industry. I’m an animal lover, devoted dog mom, and Lagree enthusiast who enjoys an active Florida lifestyle. In my spare time, I volunteer with the Humane Society, serve as an Ambassador for the West Tampa Chamber of Commerce, and have a personal interest in real estate and home design.
